A former co-chair of Faith Forward Dallas at Thanks-Giving Square and board chair of the City of Dallas’ Martin Luther King, Jr. Community Center, Dr. Waters is the board vice chair of Foot Soldiers Park and Educational Center in Selma, Alabama.
