Lori Person-Baynard works tirelessly for those whom Jesus coined “the least of these.” Her work has led her to work with people in Philadelphia prisons and has taken her to the halls of governmental power to speak truth to power. Lori serves with the United Nations Women, where she fights for the rights of women globally. She also serves as the Director of Faith and Public Policy for Salvation and Social Justice, where she uses her unique gifts through her Master of Public Policy and a Master of Theological Studies in Faith and Public Policy. Lori is a Womanist, and her theology comes from a Black Liberation theological framework. She is also the chairperson of Advocacy for the Women of Color in Ministry based out of Atlanta, GA. Lori spent 7 years both teaching and then leading the Master of Organizational Leadership-United States Program at Eastern University. She has served in the role of Pastor and continues to preach the gospel. Lori is married to Paul, her biggest cheerleader, and is the proud mother of two exceptional children, Alex and Aaliyah.
