Kathy Khang is a writer, speaker, and yoga teacher based in the north suburbs of Chicago. She is a columnist for Sojourners magazine and also writes for Faith & Leadership, Evangelicals for Social Actions, and Inheritance. An alumna of Northwestern University’s Medill School of Journalism, Kathy worked as a newspaper reporter in Green Bay and Milwaukee, WI, before going on staff with InterVarsity Christian Fellowship/USA for 20 years. She is one of the authors of "More Than Serving Tea (InterVarsity Press, 2006), and partners with other bloggers, pastors, and Christian leaders to highlight and move the conversation forward on issues of race, ethnicity, and gender within the church.
