I guarantee, Dylan, that there are things you do, which you do not consciously label “sin”, or which you consciously label as “not sin”, which are separating you from God, and which can only be made right by grace. We’re all in the same boat.

Your view of that sin, your own self-awareness, cannot take away your salvation. Or it is based on your own efforts, and we are assured it is not. What it CAN affect is your fruitfulness, and we should be concerned about that.

“Is it ok?” is a radically different question from “Is he a Christian?”
