And that verse doesn’t justify breaking laws it simply shows us who is ultimately our authority and that if the government forces us to break Gods always we can resist.

That’s doesn’t apply here.

He was obedient unto crucifixion (you know, capital punishment), died, was raised from the dead, and ascended into heaven. He now sits at the right hand of God.

The verses saying obey authorities assume authorities are obeying God. If not then it is ok to rebel. Hence the Chinese Christians meeting in prayer. Gods morality not mine. Another failed argument by unbiblical Frank.
