We both believe we are saved by Jesus death and resurrection. I just believe sin needs to be judged and punished and you don’t.

The only reason I don’t believe your version is because I believe the bible teaches that sin must be punished for god to be good. God loves justice and righteousness and only in Jesus on the cross and resurrection can both be satisfied through his love. If our injustice was not punished God would not be good. Our injustices we committed are reconciled through punishment of Jesus on the cross and his righteousness is transferred to us. Only with perfect righteousness can anyone be saved and we cannot attain that through the law. We get it from Jesus.

Or do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived: neither the sexually immoral, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor men who practice homosexuality,nor thieves, nor the greedy, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor swindlers will inherit the kingdom of God. And such were some of you. But you were washed, you were sanctified, you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and by the Spirit of our God. 1 Cor 6:9-11.

He loves righteousness and justice; the earth is full of the steadfast love of the LORD. Ps 33:5

For the LORD loves justice; he will not forsake his saints. They are preserved forever, but the children of the wicked shall be cut off. Ps 37:28

For I the LORD love justice; I hate robbery and wrong; I will faithfully give them their recompense, and I will make an everlasting covenant with them. Is 61:8

Righteousness and justice are the foundation of your throne; steadfast love and faithfulness go before you. Ps 89:14

He did this for mankind.
We still sin as we are not in the age to come as yet.

humankind in their power.

It is a rescue or liberation of humanity from the slavery,
and sickness, of sin (Aulen).

It unites God the Father and God the Son to condemn the
powers of darkness through Christs death to become sin thus defeating evil.
Thus satisfying the idea that God wants to reconcile himself to all mankind. Christs
sacrifice

Is a war against the powers of darkness and satan.

Christ entered into human misery and wickedness and thus
redeemed it. It is the story of God triumphing over the Powers and liberating
humanity from the bondage of sin. i.e The
work of Christ is first and foremost a victory over the powers which hold
mankind in bondage: sin, death, and the devil. The good news for those who believe/are accepted so we are free for the age to come.

I cannot be clearer that that.
